The first step in the process is to lay the leather hide on a large wooden table. This step is crucial as it affects the fit and feel of the glove. Our skilled craftsmen then trace the pattern of the glove onto the leather hide using a sharp blade, taking into consideration the natural stretch and grain of the leather.

Next, the cut pieces of leather are sewn together using a technique called "piping," which is when small strips of leather are inserted between the two pieces being stitched. This not only creates a clean seam but also allows for a perfect fit and greater flexibility.
